I will be working on bringing NSR back from the grave. I have not updated this site in quite some time due to my busy schedule with HubSpot.

I will be compiling some great content, as the game has totally changed as far as social media + job hunting. 2010 will bring us great changes in the job application game.

Their bread-and-butter is video resumes, which seem to have proven successful to many of their members. Bette Publicker, 58, entered the blogosphere last week.

The event planner, who was laid off last year, created her blog at a workshop hosted by the Scottsdale Job Network. The Valley-wide group hosts meetings that focus on job-transition training and connects job seekers with employers and business leaders.

“I’m being dragged kicking and screaming into the technological world,” read her very first post at bettepublicker.wordpress.com. “It is like running with a broken leg after a fast-moving train.”
